We reverse-engineer outdated legacy software — JavaFX desktop apps, clunky billing terminals, paper-led school systems — and rebuild them as modern, offline-capable web and mobile tools that actually work for the people who use them every day.
Products
Practical software for real operations — built for reliability, designed for the constraints of the environment it runs in.
Inventory and sales management for small shops. Works offline, syncs when connected. Replaces paper ledgers and creaky desktop POS systems.
Billing and metering for utilities — water, electricity, municipal services. Rebuilt from legacy JavaFX terminals into a web-based dispatch system.
Exam and learning platform for schools. Offline-capable, works on low-end devices. Replaces CD-installed exam software from the 2000s.
Internal toolkit for reverse-engineering and porting old desktop apps (JavaFX, Swing, VB6) into modern web and mobile stacks.
How we work
We don't start from scratch. We study what exists — the workflows, the quirks, the institutional knowledge baked into old code — and rebuild it properly.
We audit the legacy system end-to-end — database schemas, business logic, edge cases — before writing a single line of new code.
Ethiopian internet is unreliable. Every tool we build works fully offline and syncs when connectivity returns.
We target hardware people actually have — older Android phones, low-RAM PCs, shared terminals. No assumptions.
Clean, yes. But the priority is that a shopkeeper in Merkato or a clerk in a municipal office can get their work done without a manual.
